Enmet LLC has also revealed a range of compressed airline and respiratory air analyzers and monitors that are capable of continuous in-line carbon monoxide monitoring, and a three stage air filtration system, for the real time analysis of up to four gases simultaneously, while also being compliant with OSHA standards.

OPTIMedical has introduced a blood gas and electrolyte analyzer that makes use of a proprietary optical fluorescence technology, which eliminates the need for contact points or electrodes that significantly reduces the need for maintenance procedures.

Strategic Expansion and Acquisitions Gain Importance 

Praxair Inc. and Linde Group, two of the world’s leaders in medical gas analyzer production are in the process of being merged, which is expected to improve on shared technologies and market presence. This process has gained the approval of the Chinese Antitrust Authority, which opens new markets for operations of the merged entity.

This deal is to be followed by the acquisition of Linde Group’s gas business assets by Messer Group GmbH and CVC Capital partners to create a global power based in North and South America for industrial and medical gases.
